Instead of weeks and months of delay loss adjustors could give the green light to payouts in much faster timescales by harnessing the power of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV).

Networx3 UAV provides nationwide coverage to insurance companies who are looking to cut delays to claims while making sure they are legitimate and fair.

Fire, flood, weather and malicious damage can be investigated using Networx3 UAV's stable of five cutting edge drones capable of taking high-resolution photographs and HD video from a safe distance.

Establishing the extent of damage, missing roof tiles and measuring flood levels are easy work for the 'eye in the sky' drones flown by Networx3 UAV's team of five qualified commercial drone pilots.

The fleet can inspect inside dangerous buildings, work at height and take video of damage whilst beaming real-time HD-quality footage of the site back to insurance companies' offices anywhere in the world.

The cost savings are significant because scaffolding, specialist abseilers and cherry pickers are no longer required. It's also safer because a drone pilot keeps their feet firmly on the ground leaving the UAV to do the hazardous work on top of a church steeple or inside a flooded basement.

Networx3 Drones managing director Ian Ashworth said: "Drones are a secret weapon for the insurance sector. They can radically cut costs, keep people out of harm's way and reduce the amount of time taken to assess whether an insurance claim is valid and fair.

"We're expecting more and more insurance work to come in because when insurance companies get to grips with the immense capabilities and usefulness of drones they’ll be queuing up to deploy them because it just makes great business sense."
